Individual Counseling

The most common context for counseling is meeting one-on-one. No matter the kind of concern or amount of distress you might be facing, individual counseling is proven to be effective. Counseling provides a safe and secure place where concerns and problems are discussed freely. I adapt the therapeutic process to the needs of the individual and proceed using the best evidence-based practice. 

I work with a wide range of emotional, cognitive, behavioral and spiritual issues providing services in a comfortable, non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere. Common issues in individual counseling may include:
